Guangdong Kaisheng New Material Technology Co., Ltd. has its own production base, located in Jiangmen Fine Chemical Industrial Park, covering an area of about 100 acres, 6 automated aerosol production lines, and the annual production capacity exceeds 30 million cans. Welcome to the factory for on-site inspection!
The MOQ of conventional products is 5000 cans; the MOQ of customized formula products can be negotiated according to the development difficulty, and supports small batch trial orders to reduce your market trial and error costs.
We provide the whole process of services: ① formula research and development/sample imitation ② can type selection ③ label design ④ outer packaging plan ⑤ canning production ④ quality inspection and shipment. You only need to provide the brand and demand, and leave the rest to us.
Existing products have passed CE certification and SGS testing. Corresponding certifications can be handled according to the needs of the target market (such as European Union REACH, US MSDS, etc.), and we cooperate to provide a full set of test reports and technical documents.
Existing formula products: 3-5 working days for delivery, samples are free (shipping fee is borne by you). Customized formula products: 7-15 working days to complete proofing, and an appropriate amount of proofing fee will be charged, which can be deducted after placing an order for bulk goods.
Regular products (in stock packaging materials): 15-20 days; Customized products (including packaging materials customization): 25-35 days. Expedited orders can be negotiated, and we will do our best to meet your timeliness needs.
