The second phase expansion project of Jiangmen production base of Guangdong Kaisheng New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was officially completed and put into operation. The new workshop has a construction area of 20,000 square meters, and three fully automatic aerosol production lines and supporting quality inspection equipment have been introduced. After the production, the company's overall annual production capacity has been increased from 20 million cans to more than 30 million cans.

The second phase of the project focuses on upgrading the following capabilities:

• capacity increase
  3 new high-speed filling lines, single line daily output of 80,000 cans
  
• Quality upgrade
  New 100,000-level purification canning workshop to meet pharmaceutical-grade production standards
  
• Environmental upgrade
  Equipped with VOC waste gas treatment system, the emission index is better than the national standard
  
• Warehouse upgrade
  Added 5,000 square meters of intelligent warehouse to achieve digital inventory management
  

"The commissioning of the second phase is an important milestone in Kaisheng's development history," said Fu Luwang, general manager of the company. "As overseas orders continue to grow, capacity expansion is imperative. We will serve global customers with stronger manufacturing capabilities."

At present, Kaisheng has become one of the largest private aerosol manufacturers in South China.
